Training is one of the cornerstones of a successful ergonomics program. Training starts with awareness for employees, then progresses to roles, responsibilities, accountability for supervisors and leadership. Along the way there is training for ergonomic risk assessment evaluators, medical management, engineers and designers, and customized training for employees.
